🌐 Can I start online and move to in-person sessions later?

Absolutely. Many clients begin online and transition to in-person sessions in Hertfordshire or Harley Street as their therapy develops.

Your first session is a relaxed introduction.
No tests or assessments — just space to explore why you’re seeking therapy, how I work, and whether it feels like a good fit.

Sessions are 50 minutes, usually once per week at the same time.
Weekly sessions support momentum and depth, though we can adapt the schedule if needed.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, card, or cash (in-person only).
Details will be provided when your session is booked.

⏳ How long will I need to come for?

Therapy is open-ended and flexible.
Some clients find clarity in a few sessions; others continue longer for deeper change.
We’ll review progress regularly to ensure it feels right for you.

📍 Where can we meet?

You can choose the setting that suits you best:

  • Hertfordshire: calm, private therapy room with easy parking

  • Harley Street, London (W1): discreet, professional space in a central location

  • Online (Zoom): same depth and confidentiality, no commute

You can also begin online or locally and later move to Harley Street.

🌱 What’s your therapeutic style?

I’m a UKCP-accredited Gestalt Psychotherapist and BACP-registered practitioner.
My approach is relational, body-based, and experiential — exploring how past experiences shape present patterns.
I integrate Gestalt therapy, Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma Therapy (IoPT), hypnotherapy, and somatic methods to meet each client’s unique needs.

🧩 What do you specialise in?

I work with adults experiencing:

  • Trauma recovery and complex PTSD

  • Chronic stress, shame, and relational difficulties

  • Neuroimmune conditions and hidden disabilities (including PANS/PANDAS and FII-related stress)

  • Identity loss, transitions, and high-functioning burnout

My focus is on helping clients rebuild connection, clarity, and a grounded sense of self.

💡 Why Gestalt therapy?

Gestalt therapy focuses on the present moment — what’s happening now in your body, emotions, and relationships.
It helps you become aware of automatic patterns and create new choices.
This work isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about meeting you with curiosity and compassion so real change can unfold.
