Gestalt Psychotherapy for professionals, creatives and parents navigating anxiety, trauma and change.

Services
I offer psychotherapy for adults from my practice in Hertfordshire, Harley Street, and online. My work is grounded in Gestalt therapy—a relational, experiential approach that focuses on what is happening for you in the here and now. Together we bring awareness to your thoughts, feelings, body, and relational patterns, creating the possibility of new choices and change.
I specialise in working with:

1. Trauma Recovery
-
Support after experiences of abuse, neglect, or relational rupture
-
Healing the impact of shame, fear, and disconnection
-
Rebuilding safety, trust, and self-agency
-
Exploring how trauma lives in the body and can be released through awareness and integration
2. Parenting and Family Strain
-
Therapy for parents navigating complex health journeys such as PANS/PANDAS and neuroimmune conditions
-
Support for families living with neurodivergence and hidden disabilities
-
Working through the emotional toll of being disbelieved, blamed, or facing safeguarding investigations such as Fabricated or Induced Illness (FII)
-
Space to process rage, grief, and guilt, and to restore resilience and connection

3. Identity, Relationships, and Life Transitions
-
Exploring relational dynamics in families, parenting, and intimate partnerships
-
Untangling repeating patterns that keep you stuck
-
Support through life transitions such as separation, loss, or career change
-
Strengthening self-awareness and authenticity in everyday living

What to Expect
In our sessions, you won’t find judgment, quick fixes, or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, you’ll find:

A collaborative process, shaped by your pace and needs
-
A safe space to bring all parts of yourself—thoughts, feelings, body, and story
-
An opportunity to move from survival and stuckness toward clarity, connection, and growth
